This is a 5-Megapixel, color digital-imaging system, specially designed for microscopes. Accurately displaying images of the observed specimen on your computer, it's suitable for all kinds of optical microscopes, including biological, metallurgical, and inspection microscopes. Setup is easy, using a single USB 2.0 cable for connectivity and power. The advanced, yet easy-to-use software for Windows (7/8/10) provides various tools for capturing, editing, compositing, and measuring. The measurement tools can be calibrated at multiple magnifications, and offer a variety of shapes. Stitching and Extended-Depth-of-Field provide methods for multidimensional compositing to increase field size and depth. Both versions allow you to preview and capture live video and still images simultaneously at different resolutions. With native support, the camera can also be used by 3rd-party applications in a Linux environment.
The camera uses a standard C-mount interface, making it compatible with a wide range of optical systems. The included reduction lens optimizes the field-of-view and can be coupled with the included sizing adapters for 23mm, 30mm, and 30.5mm photo and ocular ports.
