Most Graflex No.0 Graphic cameras aren't working; you will not be surprised to hear that this one is also not working. Considering the complexity of this camera and the fact that it is anywhere between 98 and 115 years old, that is perhaps forgivable. The No.0 has a focal plane shutter capable of shutter speeds up to 1/500s, using the familiar spring tension/slit width controls also found on Speed Graphics; the pop-up viewfinder has a flip-out mirror for vertical shooting, and the Zeiss Kodak Anastigmat lens is hidden behind a whimsical little peekaboo window that pops open when you actuate the shutter. All of this is packed into a box smaller than a Kodak Brownie, which is amazing. It bears mentioning again that this camera does not work, in case you're getting any ideas. In any event, the No.0 used Kodak 121 film, which has been out of production since 1941. If you want a rare, very cool camera to look at and not to use (because it does not work), this Graflex No.0 is in pretty nice condition, with intact leather and some handsome patina on metal parts.
Please note: there is no film available for this camera, and the camera does not work. It is just for looking at.
