Camera Prep Session is required and all rentals are required to have certificate of insurance, fill out proper rental forms  

 Underwater Camera Rentals are per day or per week. Credit card auth form and rental waivers with COI are required to rent underwater camera or lighting at Hollywood Divers 

Rental comes with Camera Body, Underwater housing, extension rings and Dome.
